Firstly :

In the event of a technical defect in the product or damage as a result of shipment:
Value and Price will refund the full product value to each purchaser
The company is required to do so
1- Photographing the product within 24 hours of receiving it
2- A clear picture of the defect in the product
3- Deduction of transfer expenses from the value of the purchase invoice

secondly :

In the event that the customer withdraws from the purchase order for personal reasons of his own:
Value and Price Company returns the value of the purchase invoice deducted from it
1- The value of the freight bill
2- 5% of the total value of the purchase invoice
